Privacy and analytics settings
FileFlow is operated by Nikolai Malikov.
Updated October 8, 2026. This notice covers fileflow-tools.com.
Your files stay in your browser
Conversion, PDF processing, archives, and OCR run on your device. FileFlow does not upload file contents, file names, or recognized text to its server or analytics service. Downloaded results are generated locally. Please use the dedicated support channel rather than sending confidential files in public reports.
Usage statistics
We use Plausible Community Edition on our OVH server in Europe to understand which pages and tools are useful. It receives page paths, interface language, tool identifiers, processing and download events, and predefined error codes. External referral sources include the referring site's origin only. Query strings, URL fragments, file names, file sizes, and OCR text are excluded from Plausible events.
Like other web requests, analytics requests include your IP address and browser user agent. Plausible uses these to estimate visitors, countries, and devices; it is not an account identity system. Usage analytics does not set tracking cookies or a persistent visitor identifier in your browser. Statistics are visible only to the site's authorized dashboard users.
Technical events and server operations
The FileFlow API can receive tool identifiers, interface language, file counts, total byte counts, processing duration, and predefined error codes for technical events. Its application log records event type, tool, and language. These requests also carry your IP address and browser headers. Hosting and application services may retain operational logs needed for security and troubleshooting. File contents, file names, and OCR text are not included in these events.
Your choice
Optional usage and technical events respect the browser's Do Not Track setting. You can also switch them off below. This preference is saved in local storage for this browser and this origin; it does not prevent ordinary requests necessary to load the site or protect against network abuse.

Other browser storage
FileFlow may store application preferences locally. If you explicitly enable offline use, application resources and selected OCR models are cached on your device. These features do not require uploading your files. You can clear them using your browser's site data settings.
Advertising and feedback
No live advertising is enabled. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the required consent controls will be updated before it is activated. The current in-app feedback endpoint validates submissions but does not provide a reliable support inbox.
